Walking out more doors
May. 8th, 2006 06:49 pmSo today I officially left the third Bell building I have worked in, and tomorrow will be walking into the fourth.
It never gets any easier. Was a little hard leaving Hull for Ottawa. Was really tough leaving Ottawa for Montreal, and now I'm leaving Sympatico to go to Bell. Still dealing with Sympatico, mind you, until June 30, but it's just not going to be the same.
And to top it off, it's really nasty when you have to cunsult a list of employees to compose your farewell email.
But it's done. I am in Dorval starting tomorrow morning at 9am.
After June 30th, if all goes well, I will be employed fully by Bell. It may mean a small pay cut, but full bennies.
We'll see tomorrow.
