Previous experience isn't needed, but call centre experience is an asset.
Bilingualism is pretty much a need. But they do test you so if you know french passably, it may not be an issue. But it also depends on what job they key you in for. I don't know what departments all of the jobs are in.

My French isn't really passable. If they speak slowly, and maybe use a few gestures, I can get a rough idea of what's being said. Planning on working on that.
